Therapist Artem Streletsky supports unorthodox methods of treating patients. He believes that the only way for a person to solve their problems is to understand themselves and stop lying to themselves. While most psychologists coddle their clients, listening to their complaints about life for six months, sympathize and receive considerable money for a cycle of sessions, Artem constantly provokes his clients: insults them, laughs at them, and deliberately pushes out of their comfort zone. Artem's practice thrives until one of his patients ends their life by suicide.
